Download the linking form from the corresponding form
Fill up the hard copy of the application form
Provide all the details including your aadhar no, residential address, contact number and LPG consumer number
Submit the form manually at your HP Gas distributor
Once you have submitted your linking downloaded form to the gas distributor, you will receive an acknowledgement slip. The distributor will take the effort to link your aadhar card number with your consumer number. Once done, you will receive a message on your registered mobile number and on your email id.
